Quantify Research has conducted a study adding to the pressure on decision makers to centralise the care and rehabilitation for persons with spinal cord injuries in Sweden. The study demonstrates that costs are expected to decrease with centralisation, in addition to improving outcomes for patients. A detailed report is available at the website of The Swedish Association for Survivors of Accident and Injury (RTP), sponsoring the study. One of the largest newspapers in Sweden also published a debate article on the study advocating for centralisation in Sweden (link in Swedish).
