We asked our colleague Hannah Norman, Senior Project Leader in Market Access & HTA to share her experience.

💡What do project Leaders in Nordic Market Access and HTA actually do? “We help pharmaceutical companies bring life-saving and innovative medicines to market. The projects we manage range from small-scale assignments — such as a landscape analysis within a therapeutic area in one Nordic country, or gathering inputs for a health economic model — to large and complex ones, like preparing complete reimbursement submissions across all four Nordic markets.

Some of us have more technical expertise, for example in health economic modelling, while others are stronger in market access strategy. What we share as project leaders is a genuine passion for seeing our teams grow and develop, and the sense of purpose that comes from knowing our work ultimately benefits patients and society.”

💬 What’s the best part of being a Project Leader at Quantify?
“For me, it starts with my colleagues. We work in close-knit teams, and we often get to collaborate with different colleagues across projects. Everyone, truly everyone, brings valuable knowledge and creates opportunities to exchange ideas. And then, of course, the variety! One day you’re working on a project in a major public health disease, the next on an ultra-rare disease. I feel privileged to be part of such meaningful work.”
