Emilia brings ~8 years of HR experience across international organisations in tech, medtech, healthcare, and life sciences.
Her background includes:
• BSc in HR – Lund University
• MSc in Strategic HR Management – Gothenburg School of Business, Economics & Law
• Early career in healthcare recruitment
• Recent role as HR Business Partner in a medtech and clinical research company
At Quantify, Emilia will lead the end-to-end HR function across our organisation and affiliates.
Her professional focus areas span organisational psychology, behavioural principles, organisational learning, and building capabilities to support sustainable growth in specialised life science teams.
Based in Stockholm, with roots in Lund, Emilia combines academic depth with practical HR leadership in complex, regulated environments.
Outside work, she enjoys travel, hiking, yoga, and exploring Stockholm’s food scene.
A strong people strategy is essential in delivering high-quality RWE and HEOR work. We are glad to have Emilia onboard.
