Well, at Quantify our team knows exactly what to do following a great First Aid Training delivered by HLR-Gruppen Stockholm AB last Wednesday!
The training was very comprehensive both in theory and practice and equipped us well in how to act in case of an emergency, including CPR, how to use a defibrillator and performing the Heimlich maneuver.
