Last week Quantify Research was present at the annual Health Economics Conference (Helseøkonomikonferansen) in Norway.
The conference gathered a broad audience and participation from academia, the healthcare sector, industry, patient organisations and government.
Over two days, the program was packed with presentations and discussions about hospital waiting times, the GP service, uncertainty and documentation in economic evaluation, perspectives and prioritisation in decision making, large public health challenges (dementia and obesity) and financing of specialty hospital care.
Our very own Johan Liseth Hansen presented on methods for estimating productivity losses with case examples from recent research.
