Quantify Research is part of the program this year in Barcelona:
-Kelsi Smith (Quantify Research) presents poster P628 on “Sex differences in the association of the melanocortin-1 receptor (MC1R) gene with multiple sclerosis risk”, research of hers from her PhD.
-Moderna will present work completed together with Quantify Research’s Jonas Banefelt & Mathias Lilja, poster P068 on ” A Danish- Swedish observational study on the risk of multiple sclerosis associated with infectious mononucleosis caused by Epstein-Barr virus”
Why does this matter?
👉 Sex differences and EBV are hot topics in MS. The Nordics, and importantly
👉 MS-specific registers in Denmark and Sweden offer the possibility of high quality longitudinal studies of MS from multiple perspectives.
